weekly TV-show hosted by David and Stephen Dewaele on MTV-like channel TMF from 1998-2001. The show was known for its excellent alternative videos and thrilling competitions
2 MANY DJ'S: 
David and Stephen Dewaeles' alter egos. What started as the Flying / Fucking Dewaele Brothers, evolved into a highly succesfull DJ career. Famous for there way of mixing old and new tunes in what who be called 'mashup' style. The album '2 Many DJ's: as heard on radio soulwax part 2' became a classic, selling over 300.000 copies worldwide.
2ND HANDSOME BLUES: 
Soulwax first EP, available on CD and 10" white vynil. Released on the PIAS label in 1995. The tracks Reruns (Daisy Duke) and Hammer & Tongues would end up on their debut album Leave The Story Untold. Cut Some Slack became a live favorite

ALKAN EROL:
London based DJ and producer who set up the infamous Trash evenings in The End. Friend of 2 Many DJ's
ATLANTIC:
bar beneath the Soulwax studio at the Oude Beestenmarkt in Ghent. It's no longer there, nowadayss it's a club called Club 69. You can see Stephen and David in front of Cafe Atlantic on old promotional photos. The name 'Cafe Atlantic' is also printed on the 7" label of Funny, inside the booklet of Much Against Everyone's Advice.

BACKSTREET BOYS:
nineties boy band, Soulwax 'sampled' the band by shouting 'Soulwax back allright' during Cut Some Slack on the Much Against Everyone's Advice live tour.
BAKER ARTHUR:
legendary DJ / producer. Soulwax remixed his song 'Hold Your Head Up'. You can also catch a glimp of Baker right at the end of the E Talking video, where he refuses to let the band enter the club.
BARMAN TOM:
lead singer of Belgian band dEUS. First met Stephen Dewaele while studying at St Lucas, school for filmography, in Brussels. Soulwax remixed Everybody's Weird by dEUS.

BONHAM TRACY:
singer/songwriter/violinist from Oregon. Best known for her hit Mother. Guest vocals by Tracy on My Cruel Joke, the first single from Much Against Everyone's Advice. Soulwax drummer Steve Slingeneyer left the band and married her, only to return to the band in 2004.
BOOTLEGS:
Aka 'mashups'. Together with Girls On Top (Richard X) and Freelance Hellraiser, Soulwax definitely played a major rol in its popularity. Soulwax mashups of Destiny's Child's Bootylicious on top of Nirvana's Nevermind, or Basement Jaxx' Romeo on top of The Clash's Magnificient Seven have become bootleg classics.
BOWIE DAVID:
world famous singer and big fan of Soulwax / 2 Many DJ's as he has talked about them in several interviews. Invited David & Stephen to join him and Thom Yorke on a French TV show.

CASIO:
this Japanese keyboard manifacturer once made a 'digital guitar', as supported by David Dewaele on stage. It played a major role in Soulwax' live show during the Much Against.. tour, as the instrument gave a whole new dimension to Prince's 'Poplife'.
CLUB 69:
when Cafe Atlantic closed (see above) it transformed into Club 69. The release party for 'As Heard On Radio Soulwax part 2' was held there.

COLETTE:
Paris based designer shop / record store. 2 Many DJ's made a smashing 15 minute mash up remix ft Chicks On Speed, LCD Soundsystem, Tiga, Peaches and many more. Besides 'As Heard On Radio Soulwax part 2' , this is the only other official 2 Many DJ's release (all other remixes are made by Soulwax)
CRANBERRY JUICE:
mixed with wodka, it's one of Stephen's favorite drinks. And can therefore be found on the band's rider.
CULTURE CLUB:
hotspot in Soulwax' hometown Gent, 2 Many DJ's were resident DJ's there.
