Just opened it up a few days ago to download the new mixes/hours. Went to watch one of the already download mixes and it would not do anything. It acted like it was going to start to play but didn't do anything. I've currently only can get the jack in the box mix to play. Everything else will not play unless it's streaming. Sometimes the mixes even just come up blank with nothing on the screen except label, share button, back button and the info button. (I've taken pics of the ipad screen that I will upload in a few hours) I've tried deleting the mixes and re-downloading them (hasn't worked) and even deleting the whole app then re-installing it.
Any help?

that's a new one! what ios version are you using? is it jailbroken? which ipad?

I have the same problem on my iPod (second gen with iOS 4.2.1)
I think it's only with the mixes that I've downloaded before the app got updated.
I'll try to re-download one of them.

I'm using the newest ios, It's not jailbroken and It's a ipad 2.

I can confirm I'm getting the same issue since downloading Mehari last night. Mehari plays without issue but none of the other previously downloaded mixes will. Pressing play once does nothing, pressing it twice causes the mix image to disappear as described above. This is on a iPad 2 running the latest version of iOS, not jailbroken.
Await your thoughts on the problem with interest...

Just deleted Introversy and downloaded it again, it works for me. Will delete all the others and check them as well...

Same problem here, iPad 2, iOS 4.3.4, not jailbroken. Downloaded Jack in the box last week and listened to it a couple of times this week. Tried it again this morning and it refused to play the set, also 'introversy' and the other sets which I downloaded before refuse to play. The data is still there (at least the size according to iTunes). Let me know if you want any additional info

It seems that any mix downloaded pre-update are affected, I deleted and downloaded all eight - Mehari was unaffected. Everything working fine now so the solution is to delete and download all mixes you had before the update.
N.B. This is for an iPad 2, I don't have an iPod or an iPad 1 to check.
Considering the quality of the app and that everything is free I have no complaints but would suggest that any further updates are beta tested before release. Apologies if this was done, if not give me a shout and I'll happily do it for future updates as I work in IT.

Hi!
I am experiencing the same problem on my iPad2. Last week I deleted all shows but the last one, as they did not work anymore after downloading. Everything was ok after that.
Now with the new show .... everything stopped playing again, except the last one ofcourse.

Same here - some of us are on VERY slow rural broadband, with data caps.
I've already had to delete them all and download again once - please fix

First up, sorry for any inconvenience to you all, this didn't show up as an issue with the app when we were testing it. If it did, we wouldn't have put the app out in it's current form. We've put a lot of work (as i am sure you've noticed) into every aspect of Radio Soulwax and we aren't happy when we miss things.

We ARE looking at this, the problem so far is, we haven't found this an easy bug to replicate under debugging conditions.(which obviously doesn't mean it's not affecting you still- it just makes it harder for us to fix) I have 3 devices and it showed up yesterday for the first time on one of them. Finally, we kind of have something to work with. Fingers Crossed.

I have the same problem. Every Monday a new mix is introduced and after the schedule is updated, the mixes I downloaded before stop working and then I have to delete and re-download them. I do not mind doing so, it's just a minor hassle since I have five of them.
Other than that, I love the app and I can't wait for the Axe Attack mix at the end of the month.
