This PIAS mix... It contains several tunes not included in the "Under The Covers" Radio Soulwax, two of which:

Vitalic - La Rock 01
Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400 (at least, I thought I heard it played during that set...)

I am surprised these two were not included in Vol. 1, 2 or 3 because the brothers used to play them ALL THE TIME. This suggests to me they were being saved for the PIAS mix which must then be released at some point on Radio Soulwax to complete the set

A educational visual about acid! Brilliant!

From what I can read from it (Tho it's a bit difficult during the climax):

THIS TRACK IS CALLED ACID.

THE WORD ACID IS DERIVATIVE OF LATIN WORD ACIDUS, MEANING SHARP OR SOUR.

SOME FACTS ABOUT ACID.

1. ACIDS HAVE A SOUR TASTE

2.ACIDS ARE CORROSIVE

"Shows formulas of Metric Acid: HNO3 and Sulfuric Acid: H2SO4"

3.AN ACID IS A SOLUTION THAT DONATES PROTONS IN A REACTION.

"Shows formulas of Phosphoric Acid: H3PO4, Oxalic Acid: H2C2O4 and Perchloric Acid: HCIO4"

4.ACIDS TURN LITMUS PAPER RED.

"Shows formula of Tetrapolyphosphoric Acid: H6P4O13, a cheeky formula of (my guess ) SLWX Acid, a long formula of Saturated Fatty Acid and a blue formula of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide: (LSD) C20H25N3O"

And then the drop comes in and the crowd rejoices

Awesome new visual! I love how they take one of the most vital words in the rave vocabulary and reduce it to its clinical definition.
Also I was just getting into some of Pierre's stuff, so this is a neat coincidence!

Well it's a bit of an obvious answer but it's because he took acid...like, ALOT of acid. They say he took acid like 200 times and pass it out to his family as well.

on this gig?

It was recently uploaded to their facebook, apparently this is in Sweden,
but the venue seems like it's just someone's BBQ or something like that.
Must be amazing to see them in such an intimate place.

It was at the Summerburst festival in Stockholm.
I guess the second stage isn't so big.
