Wow, thanks for your hard work, slatex
that's dedication! I get headaches after just an hour dealing with discog's search system

hey beekeeper, how is it going with the mehari setlist?
Don't have the spare cash to buy the Copycats/Campag Velocet singles and still waiting on the Love Club one in the mail. Jack In The Box and Cherry Moon on Valium are my priorities right now, but you can bet once part 2 comes out I'll be on it like white on rice ![]()

Was just thinking last week that they had not put any original tracks into their mixes and now we have 4 - would have loved a little more then 4 seconds each though!
Still hoping that one of the mystery mixes is a Soulwax original experience.

4 Soulwax tracks in one mix is great and all, but I can't believe they didn't use Kill Your Darlings. That opening rif of the demo version would have been perfect!

Every time when I listen to this mix, I can't help thinking that i want to listen to the entire track. So i decided to make a spotify playlist Radio Soulwax: AXE ATTACK! I used the list of slatex. Offcourse Spotify doesn't own the rights off all the tracks. So that means no AC/DC, Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Red Hot Chilli Peppers, but still it is a nice list. And we didn't ID'd all the tracks, so it is not complete. But still I allready got 84 tracks and 5 hours of great rock 'n roll. I'll keep adding tracks the coming days until I got all the tracks Slatex ID'd. So if you got Spotify, enjoy! http://open.spotify.com/user/hawk_nl/playlist/18Ul2fxek129bck2VlhtL7
Btw: I can ID one track that was missing, Raymond van het Groenewoud - Meisjes.

I just found out: 'Axe Attack' was the title of a metal compilation and the first album Stephen bought when he was ten years old.
It featured tracks of Motorhead, Iron Maiden, Rainbow, UFO...

Still ain't got nothing on Freedom Rock:
May I ask how you found out it was Steph's first record?
